Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a PLM Program Director to lead enterprise-scale PLM modernization programs for strategic North America clients. This high-impact role requires executive confidence, delivery discipline and commercial ownership to connect engineering, manufacturing, IT and suppliers across complex transformations.

You will mobilize blended onshore–offshore teams, maintain strong governance, and drive value realization with an end-to-end ownership mindset across Capgemini teams and partners.

Qualifications

20+ years leading complex engineering, IT or digital transformation programs.
Program Director-level experience with multi-year, multi-site projects and executive accountability.
Experience with major PLM platforms and end-to-end delivery governance.

Responsibilities

Lead large, multi-year PLM transformation and Digital Continuity programs from mobilization through deployment.
Own delivery governance, financial performance, risk management, and scope control.
Embed AI-powered PLM practices and software factory approaches.
Drive advisory and delivery-led sales, solution shaping and renewals.
