Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to guide PLM-enabled transformation across client engagements. You will own functional solution design, translate engineering needs into scalable operating models, and align PLM initiatives with regulatory and business goals.

You will lead teams across PLM workstreams, drive requirements, and shape roadmaps for Digital Thread, product development, and value-driven engineering programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in engineering improvement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating requirement gathering workshops and process design sessions.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead current and future state analysis of engineering and product development processes.
• Define end-to-end functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
• Guide Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps with prioritized capabilities.
