Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to conceptualize products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn about industrial hydraulics and systems.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales development and support for industrial components and systems.
• Collaborate to create tailored solutions and provide quotes for custom systems.
• Lead cross-divisional teamwork to implement customer-specific solutions.
• Promote product portfolio and train distributors with promotional materials.
