Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas is seeking an engineer training specialist to create and deliver engineering and technical training programs over a 9–12 month horizon. You will develop courses for employees, clients, and service providers at company or client facilities and tailor materials as needed.

Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and conducting training, recommending content improvements, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in industrial systems, controllers, networks, HMI, drives, or motors.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical data and train others.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical courses and programs across formats.
• Plan, prepare and conduct training for employees, clients, and service providers.
• Develop generic training materials for onsite use.
• Ensure course material and equipment are ready before courses.
• Recommend improvements to content, courses, and curricula.
• Identify training equipment and facility needs.
• Monitor new product developments for training relevance.
• Acquire knowledge via site visits and project involvement.
• Support annual client training schedules and updates.
• Provide SME and course development for group companies.
