Epiroc is seeking an Engineering Test Supervisor to lead the Engineering Test function for Garland R&D. You will plan, schedule, and execute test programs and prototype builds, delivering precise data to Engineering.

The role requires hands-on leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across global sites. Qualifications include a BS in mechanical engineering and 5+ years working with heavy equipment, plus experience with test plans, data acquisition, and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with heavy equipment in R&D, test, manufacturing, service or similar.
• Ability to develop test plans, analyze data, and report results.
• Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition and calibration practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop test plans, procedures, and setups for meaningful data on drill rigs and systems.
• Collaborate with R&D to verify designs and resolve field issues.
• Set timelines, manage multiple test priorities, and protect delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Production to schedule test rigs and adjust sequencing as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop test technicians and supervise daily work.
• Maintain IMS documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Communicate plans, schedules, and results clearly to Engineering and Project teams.
