Job summary

Flex is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Memphis, TN team. You will perform complex engineering tests, troubleshoot equipment, analyze data, and support process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will review specifications and procedures, set up testing for hardware and software used to test customer products, and assist engineers with development. Training others and sustaining documentation are important parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 4 years related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics and automated manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex engineering tests and troubleshooting to support manufacturing objectives.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions.
• Set up testing of units and components for development and quality control.
• Train technicians on procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
