Job summary

Microflex Technologies, Inc. seeks an Engineering Technician to provide hands-on support to Process Engineering and Operations. You will help develop and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation while solving production issues on the floor.

Under the Process Engineer, you will collect data, test processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including Lean activities and 5S. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of university-level coursework in a STEM discipline or an Associate degree in a STEM or technical discipline.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to work with manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, data collection, process trials, and other technical activities.
• Document process and production data to support evaluations and improvements.
• Assist with identifying manufacturing-process issues and communicate findings to engineers.
