Responsibilities

Develops, maintains and improves all test and burn-in processes within area of responsibility.
Reviews process specifications to reflect requirements and test techniques.
Ensures test and burn-in processes meet safety specifications.
Reviews quality yields and implements corrective actions to reduce defects.
Assists with development of new equipment, fixtures and test programs.
Maintains preventive maintenance, diagnostics and daily measurement schedules for each test process.
Coordinates preventive maintenance activities according to schedule.
Supports engineering during new product introduction and development.
Coordinates and monitors product off-load activities for test processes.
Ensures training/certification packages exist for manufacturing and maintenance.
