Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads and documents activities related to benches, testers, and other equipment. Guides others to install, upgrade, and configure complex equipment and components.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and perform repairs, rework, removal, and modifications to equipment.
• Leads setup of test equipment and performs or assists in designing tests of circuits, components, and assemblies.
• Reviews and documents test results, KPIs, and maintains malfunction records.
• Develops and executes manual and automated test plans, guides debugging and reproducing complex issues, and reviews SOP changes.
• Manages inventory and equipment for test labs and projects.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and oversees their implementation.
