Job Description: Engineering Technician

Join our team as an Engineering Technician. Your role involves leading activities related to benches, testers, and equipment, guiding installation, upgrades, and configurations. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting and repairs, set up test equipment, and perform circuit, component, and mechanical testing.

You will document test results, KPIs, and maintain malfunction records. Assist in developing manual and automated test plans, reproduce and debug complex issues, and oversee process improvements. Manage inventory and equipment for labs and projects, and review work products of other technicians.

Required Skills

1. 1+ year of embedded software programming in C, C++, or Python
2. Basic knowledge of Linux OS
3. Experience with Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, or SOCs
4. Ability to run test cases and analyze results
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 2+ years, or High School diploma with 3+ years of experience in Engineering Technician roles.
