Adecco is seeking an Engineering Technician in East Austin, TX to support development through precise testing, troubleshooting and repair of electro‑mechanical systems. You will interpret schematics, perform soldering, and diagnose faults, while collaborating across departments and mentoring juniors.

The role emphasizes meticulous testing, fault isolation, and system validation with opportunities for growth and cross‑functional impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• AS degree in Electronics Technology or BSEET with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with hand/tools and troubleshooting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems.
• Interpret schematics and follow complex instructions.
• Perform soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and system testing.
• Mentor junior technicians and support cross‑functional teams.
