Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or a similar field, or a BSEET degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting systems, hand and power tools, and software such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and swing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems using schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Conduct soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and system testing.
• Generate technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support junior technicians with advanced tasks.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.
• Assist in system improvements and process enhancements.
