Job summary

Precise Systems seeks an Engineering Technician IV (30084) to support assessment, modification, overhaul, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of fielded EW systems. This role requires in-person support and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

You will conduct testing, calibration, systems integration, and prepare formal reports for lifecycle support, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure mission readiness and reliability of critical EW assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six years of experience in listed duties or four years with an Associate degree.
• Skilled in cable assembly, soldering and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Understanding of drawings, schematics, BOMs and test procedures.
• Ability to define and implement process improvements and lead tasks.
• Understanding interfacing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of EW systems, subsystems, equipment and components.
• Repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing.
• In-line repair and testing; operate test equipment.
• Coordinate test schedules; prepare inputs for test plans.
• Review test plans and procedures; analyze results.
• Prepare formal reports for lifecycle support.
