Qualifications

• Six years of related experience or an associate degree with four years.
• Familiar with production docs (drawings, BOMs, test procedures) and able to lead process improvements.
• Ability to define and implement task-area improvements and lead specific tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of EW systems and components.
• Repair, retrofit, integration, calibration, and testing.
• Coordinate test schedules and prepare inputs for test plans.
• Review test plans and procedures and monitor testing.
• Analyze results and prepare formal life-cycle reports.
