Job summary

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties: This role requires in-person support. Duties:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Desired Experience:
• Six (6) years of experience in the duties listed above OR Associates degree with four (4) years of experience.
• Skilled in performing technical tasks (ex. cable assembly, soldering, electro-mechanical assembly, etc.)
• Demonstrates understanding of production and engineering documentation (drawings, schematics, BOMs, test procedures etc.). Demonstrates the ability to define and implement process improvements and take leadership roles in specific task areas.
• Demonstrated understanding of interfacing processes. This position is covered by the Service Contract Labor Standard under a Wage Determination. As such Under the SCA selected candidates are entitled to both the hourly rate aforementioned and a health and welfare benefit.
