Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking an Engineering Technician IV (30084) in Indiana to support assessment, modification, overhaul, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of fielded EW systems. This in-person role requires ability to work on complex equipment and coordinate with engineering teams.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, 6 years of experience (or an associates plus 4 years), and skills in cable assembly, soldering, electro‑mechanical tasks, with familiarity with drawings and test

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in testing, repair and integration of EW systems.
• Cable assembly, soldering, and electro‑mechanical assembly skills.
• Understanding of production docs (drawings, schematics, BOMs).
• Ability to lead tasks and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of EW systems and components.
• Perform routine repair, retrofit and system integration.
• Operate test equipment and coordinate test schedules.
• Prepare inputs for test plans and review procedures.
• Analyze test results and prepare formal lifecycle reports.
• Ensure in-line repair and testing quality control.
