Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Engineer Technician in Training to join its Operations team on a project in Lancaster, TX. This full-time position supports field engineers and survey activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with robotic total station operations, establishing building control, maintaining equipment, and supporting supervision to complete daily tasks safely. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience and OSHA 10 training.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and have OSHA 10 training.
• Able to stand, walk for long periods, and lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Engineers in operating robotic total station instruments and auto level.
• Assist with establishing building control, markers, elevations, grades, and distances.
• Maintain total station, field book, survey equipment and tools.
• Support field supervision and contribute to completing daily on-site tasks.
