Holder Construction is seeking an Engineer Technician in Training to join the Operations team on our Lancaster, TX project. This is a full-time position with on‑the‑job training and exposure to field supervision, surveying instruments, and construction layout.

Ideal candidates may have construction experience; overtime and weekend hours may be required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are essential.

• Ideal candidates for this position will possess previous construction experience but not required.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Engineers with robotic total station instruments, autolevel, and other surveying instruments.
• Perform construction layout by setting stakes, lines, elevations, grades, and reference points.
• This position includes on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain total station and survey equipment; support field supervision and lead daily tasks at the jobsite.
