Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on technical experience in engineering, lab, or field environments.
• Experience with test benches, system troubleshooting, or integration environments.
• Strong ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Experience with cable fabrication, wiring harnesses, and electronic assembly.
• Familiarity with test equipment (multimeters, network analyzers, RF tools).
• BS/BA degree required.

Responsibilities

• Test & Lab Support: Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot test benches and hardware systems.
• Fabrication & Installation: Fabricate, assemble, and repair cables, wiring harnesses, and components; install systems.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve faults in electrical, RF, and networked systems; perform maintenance.
• Configuration & Integration: Ensure baselines; support upgrades and integration across hardware, software, and networks.
• Technical Documentation: Read drawings and manuals; document configurations and actions.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and cross-functional teams to support objectives.
