Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineering Technician 2/3 to join our team in Rocket Center, WV. This on-site role supports analytical instrumentation, testing, and data handling to assist engineering and quality processes.

The position class will be Engineering Technician 2 or 3 based on education and experience. Typical duties include document control, calibration monitoring, and multidisciplinary communication, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with required experience (2 years for Tech 2, 4 years for Tech 3).
• Hands-on mechanical ability and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and able to work weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate analytical instrumentation and perform standard test methods.
• Provide technical support to plant personnel across tasks.
• Compile and maintain technical data and drawings.
• Follow engineering documentation and perform calculations.
• Monitor calibrations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate across disciplines and work overtime when required.
