Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people/projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant support to maintenance teams and engineers.
• Identify problems and perform root-cause analysis on machinery.
• Lead and participate in annual rebuilds/overhauls of machine centers.
• Deliver on-the-job training and assess technician skills.
