Job summary

Eagle Systems is seeking an Engineering Technician III - Facilities Technician to support E3 Technical and Engineering Support Services at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role entails constructing components, following diagrams, conducting tests, compiling data, and aiding design modifications with supervision as needed.

Applicants should possess a High School diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a U.S. Government drug screen, and obtain/maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift/move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass and maintain U.S. Government drug screening standards.
• Must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Construct components or adapt standard equipment following diagrams.
• Follow layout and diagrams to construct and package devices and subunits.
• Conduct tests or experiments with standard test equipment and record data.
• Extract and compile engineering data from field notes, lab reports, etc.
• Assist in design modification by compiling relevant data and materials.
