Customer service experience resolving engineering-related issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily contractor operations and inspect work per plans and specs.
Review test reports to ensure conformance with specs and contracts.
Handle contract admin tasks: pay records, materials reports, payroll reviews, diaries, and quantity verification.
