Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Engineering Technician I to support production plants nationwide. You will work on the production floor with plant technicians, perform diagnostic visits on production lines, participate in annual rebuilds/overhauls, and provide expert assistance to plant maintenance teams to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires teamwork in teams of four, training of Engineering Technicians through on-the-job methods, identifying problems and wear, conducting root-cause

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel Approximately 75% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant support to Niagara facilities and maintenance teams.
• Perform diagnostic visits and identify wear on machine centers.
• Assist in annual rebuilds/overhauls and prep machine centers for repair.
• Train and evaluate Engineering Technicians through on-the-job methods.
• Collaborate with teams to develop training modules and improve OJT processes.
