Qualifications

  • Computer skills preferred: CAD, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • General mechanical knowledge.
  • A knack for understanding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the effects of the equipment and processes in your production area on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Production metrics.
  • Find, define, and recommend projects to improve production metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with production associates, supervisors, maintenance, engineers and managers.
  • Provide justified technical solutions using CAD, cost justifications, project/work planning and standard work procedures.
