Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Engineering Technician I to support Niagara facilities from Oklahoma City. You will work with plant maintenance teams and other engineering technicians to diagnose production-line issues, identify wear, and prepare machine centers for repairs and rebuilds.

You will participate in annual overhaul teams, help train technicians through on‑the‑job formats, and contribute to the development of training materials. Travel up to 75% may be required as part of this role.

• 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant support for Niagara facilities, collaborating with plant maintenance teams and internal engineering technicians.
• Assist with and perform diagnostic visits on production lines, identifying problems and wear & tear on machine centers.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and develop corrective action plans, including suggestions for parts and labor needed during annual rebuilds/overhauls.
• Participate in annual rebuild/overhaul teams, preparing machine centers for repair and rebuild.
• Attend machine‑center‑specific master‑class training and evaluate the skills of engineering technicians.
• Assist with the training of engineering technicians through an OJT format and suggest additional training modules.
• Support the development and implementation of OJT training for the group.
• Travel up to 75% of the year.
