Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Engineering Technician I to support Niagara facilities from Oklahoma City. You will work with plant maintenance teams and other engineering technicians to diagnose production-line issues, identify wear, and prepare machine centers for repairs and rebuilds.

You will participate in annual overhaul teams, help train technicians through on‑the‑job formats, and contribute to the development of training materials. Travel up to 75% may be required as part of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide plant support for Niagara facilities, collaborating with plant maintenance teams and internal engineering technicians.

Engineering Technician I – Oklahoma City, OK

Location: 6120 SW 29th Street, Ste C, Oklahoma City, OK 73179, USA

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide plant support for Niagara facilities, collaborating with plant maintenance teams and internal engineering technicians.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to work with others in teams of 4 or more and concurrently with plant maintenance staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Leadership capability when working both alone and with teams, ensuring safety and timely project completion.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exercise sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Required to be considered an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in a given machine center pertinent to Niagara’s business needs.
