Konik is partnering with an engineering firm to hire an Engineering Technician in Burnsville, MN. The technician supports design, operation, testing, and implementation of products and systems.

The role emphasizes developing testing strategies, documenting software/system applications, and troubleshooting with lab equipment. Requires 2–4 year vocational degree (electrical focus) and 4+ years in relevant fields, plus strong technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year vocational degree with a preferred electrical focus.
• 4+ years of work experience in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing roles.
• Proven working experience or knowledge in a technical environment.
• Ability to read and follow prints with mechanical/electrical standards.
• Experience with lab equipment and tools, especially torque measurements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports the daily operations of hardware and software development.
• Develop testing strategies and documentation for software and system applications.
• Modify hardware and software through investigation, recommendation, configuration, and testing.
• Troubleshoot systems at physical and logical levels with measurement hardware and software.
