Job summary

Wasco-Switches- is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the engineering and manufacturing teams with development, testing, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment and processes.

You will document results, create CAD drawings, perform DOE testing, and help ensure compliance with QMS while collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Facilities. This on-site role requires good communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related technical field.
• Two years of manufacturing or engineering support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD software and ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering project support, including DOE testing and data collection.
• Fabricate, assemble, install, and commission equipment per specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain engineering documentation and support QMS compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Facilities.
