Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team. You will design and checkout burn-in PCB boards on HTOL ovens and test ICs on various tester platforms for qualification and customer samples.

You will support engineering activities including design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype burn-in boards according to TI specifications, and perform testing and fault isolation on systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and checkout burnin PCB boards on HTOL ovens.
• Test ICs on tester platforms for qualification and customer samples.
• Support engineering activities including design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype burnin boards per TI spec.
• Perform testing and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
• Create purchase requests to support customer and business needs.
