Husky Technologies TM is seeking an experienced design leader to plan, organize and guide a team in pursuing advanced product development aligned with Husky standards and Stage Gate processes.

Formación

• Post secondary education (University engineering degree preferred), or 5-10 years of equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous project management experience an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a design team for new product development with adherence to Product Development Process, Husky Standards and Stage Gate.
• Estimate effort and cost and ensure delivery meets time, cost and quality targets.
• Implement continuous improvement activities including metrics, root cause analysis and implementation of improvement.
• Team member development through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership opportunities.
• Technical support for Sales and Service.
