Job summary

Framatome North America in Richland, Washington, is seeking a seasoned supervisor to guide the development, validation, and maintenance of BWR neutronics codes and methodologies used in reactor analyses across commercial projects and R&D.

You will coordinate with engineering teams, review technical work for accuracy and regulatory alignment, mentor engineers, and set technical priorities to keep tools reliable, efficient, and ready for deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards and criteria.
• Strong communication to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Displays leadership characteristics and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct timely execution of engineering activities.
• Ensure projects comply with policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Mentor and supervise engineering team members.
• Develop relationships with customers and regulators.
