Framatome in Richland, WA is seeking a Supervisor - Electrical/Control Systems to lead a multi-discipline engineering team onsite. You will guide the design, programming, installation, and integration of electrical and instrumentation & control systems for mission-critical facilities in the nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with related technical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria.
• Excellent communication skills with all staff levels and customers.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate in a team.
• Advanced problem identification and resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective performance of technical assignments.
• Plans and directs the timely execution of technical activities.
• Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Ensures adherence to government, organization and customer standards and procedures.
• Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
• Provides technical guidance to others in problem identification and resolution.
• Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
