Distribusion Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Corporate Travel. You will own client projects from scoping to go-live, coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and clear requirements.

You should be fluent in English with 4+ years of experience in technical project delivery, API integrations, and OCI-like travel platforms. Flexible, remote-friendly options exist across Europe, including relocation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, including in a consulting or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with API integrations, architecture diagrams and e-commerce concepts, even if you aren’t writing code.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to own initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical projects end-to-end from scoping to go-live, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support and Finance to align scope and progress.
• Translate business and partner needs into clear, actionable specs for Engineering.
• Oversee API integration projects with corporate travel partners and ensure certification standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and improve delivery processes.

Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond. As a Technical Project Manager – Corporate Travel, you'll own client projects that matter to our growth. These integrations bring rail, bus and ferry options to business travellers worldwide. You'll own delivery from scoping to go-live, with real visibility and direct impact on our growth.

• Lead technical projects: own delivery of corporate travel projects end to end, from scoping and planning to go-live, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate across teams: bring Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support and Finance together and keep everyone aligned on scope, priorities and progress.
• Translate requirements: turn business and partner needs into clear, actionable specs that Engineering can deliver against.
• Oversee API integrations: coordinate integration projects with corporate travel partners so they run smoothly and meet our certification standards.
• Keep stakeholders informed: give clear, regular updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and flag issues early.
• Improve how we deliver: spot gaps in our processes and documentation and fix them so future projects run faster and smoother.

• You have 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, including in a consulting or high-growth environment.
• You're confident with technical topics like API integrations, architecture diagrams and e-commerce, even if you're not the one writing the code.
• You're a structured communicator who can make complex topics clear for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy solving cross-functional coordination challenges.
• You are fluent in English.
• Other languages like French, Spanish or German is a plus.
• BIG PLUS: experience in corporate travel and travel reservation systems (especially GDS).
