Job summary

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to set goals, drive architecture, and ensure reliable deployment pipelines. Strong leadership and hands-on coding are expected as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript technologies such as Flask, FastAPI, React, HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Expert-level SQL fluency for large-scale datasets.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication in a remote, distributed team.
• Experience scaling teams and familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-performance apps.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Solid OOP and database design understanding.
• Experience with multi-tier, scalable architectures.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
