Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation is seeking a Product Engineering Lead for GenAI initiatives. You will design and own platforms, guide architecture, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI products in a remote work setting.

You will oversee product management, high-level design, and engineering best practices, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software/product engineering experience, with a track record leading GenAI projects.
• Proven leadership of large-scale GenAI products with strong design principles.
• Experience with cloud architectures and modern web stacks (AWS, Azure; MEAN/MERN).
• Ability to own platform engineering decisions and guide architecture across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and lead development of GenAI product platforms.
• Own product/program management and high/low-level design decisions.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
• Approve technology architecture, coding guidelines, and automated testing strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery with quality and clear status updates to leadership.

Job description

Role: Product Engineering Lead- Gen AI

Experience - 15 Years +

Location -Remote

Responsibilities:

• Design / Own Development / Lead teams for large scale software application development in AI space (GenAI Products)
• Own Product / Program Management
• Own High Level Design, Low Level Design for the Software application(s)
• Identify problems and resolve them proactively
• Liaise with customer, internal stakeholders to ensure project is on track
• Approve Technology Architecture for the project
• Approve guidelines, coding best practices, automated testing strategies (unit testing, regression testing), for the team
• Ensure timely delivery, with quality
• Clearly communicate status, updates and plan to project leadership

Required Skills:

• Experienced in owning Platform Engineering for one/more GenAI Product(s) under aggressive timelines with quality / robust design principles.
• Agentic Engineering Experience / Understanding
• Eval Driven Engineering Experience / Understanding
• Experience in Technology Architectures like MEAN, MERN
• Have good Understanding of Cloud concepts AWS, Azure
