• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Use cold calling, social media, Boolean searches, networking to find top candidates.
• Stay organized to manage candidates in your network.
• Connect how candidates fit client needs, even when no position is open.
• Act/Learn/Adjust when entering new markets.
• Provide consultative communication to set expectations and outline procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and positivity at all times.
• Treat all candidates with the same level of service, regardless of openings.
• Prior recruiting/staffing experience is preferred.
