Job summary

Vertex Service Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with field leaders and hire across Outside Sales, Call Center, Production, and Administrative roles. The position is based in our Charlotte corporate office while supporting hiring across multiple states in a dynamic, hybrid environment, including the Mill Creek area in WA.

You will build proactive recruiting plans, develop robust candidate pipelines, and manage interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 1+ years recruiting experience (in‑house or agency).
• Experience hiring for sales or high‑volume roles preferred.
• Proven sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to both entry‑level candidates and senior operators.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑through and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
• Comfort working independently in a hybrid environment while staying connected to a remote team.
• Bonus: Roofing, home services, or trades‑based industries.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including Outside Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Call Center Representatives, Production, and Administrative.
• Partner closely with regional leaders and local leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive proactive recruiting plans
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, local networks, community events, and employee referrals
• Conduct screens and initial interviews to assess candidate quality and fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard‑to‑fill roles
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate flow through the hiring process
• Provide regular updates and insights to both local and corporate stakeholders
• Champion a positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow‑up
• Support employer branding efforts through social media, local events, and internal referrals
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and process
