Job summary

NV5, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Houston, TX for a hybrid, full-time role. As a recruiter in our Talent Delivery Center, you will manage day-to-day full life cycle recruiting across multiple business groups including Power & Utilities and Building Design.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, build strong partnerships with group leaders, and maintain an efficient ATS. Join NV5 to help attract top engineering talent and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College.
• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting Power & Utilities skill sets is a plus.
• Experience working with iCIMS or other corporate level ATS.
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience using Boolean searches to build talent pipelines across geographies.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day full life cycle recruiting for NV5’s various business groups (Power & Utilities, Building Design, and more).
• Develop unique sourcing strategies and techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build strategic partnerships with group leaders.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and up-to-date candidate data.
• Coordinate on-site and phone interviews efficiently.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience and sustainable pipelines.
• Use internal and external tools to develop sourcing strategies and diverse talent pools.
• Manage 3rd party agency relationships when appropriate.
• Conduct regular cadence calls with hiring teams and stakeholders.
