System One is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support nuclear engineering recruitment, handling full-cycle sourcing, screening, and placement for projects on a 6-month contract with potential conversion to direct hire.

The role focuses on recruiting I&C, electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural engineers for plant modifications and system upgrades, engaging hiring managers, and coordinating offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in nuclear engineering.
• Direct recruiting across I&C, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural Eng.
• Experience recruiting engineers for plant modifications and system upgrades.
• Knowledge of NRC regulations and nuclear operations.
• Strong sourcing of passive engineering candidates.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for project needs.
• Proactively engage passive engineering candidates via multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support offers.
• Manage requisitions from opening to placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand tech requirements and schedules.
• Support project-based hiring tied to mobilization dates and site needs.
• Track recruiting activity and staffing progress.
• Assist with candidate redeployment before project completion.
• Coordinate background checks, drug health screens, I-9s, E-Verify.
• Maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders.
