Zusammenfassung

Innomotics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer orders and engineered systems projects within our industrial manufacturing environment. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and risk, acting as the primary contact for customers and partners

Based in New Kensington, PA, with up to 15% travel and the option to work remotely a few days per week. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.

Aufgaben

• Lead project execution from order handoff through project completion, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and status reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, quality, and service teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and customer expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and financial results, driving corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business objectives.
• Apply Innomotics project management processes, tools, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.
