Job summary

Curt G. Joa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to assist in day-to-day engineering activities. The role involves data gathering, documentation, scheduling forecasts, and maintaining projects in the ERP/PM system.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant work, and strong MS Office skills. On-site collaboration with Sales, Program Managers, and onboarding duties are included.

Qualifications

• Requires education generally equivalent to an Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word.
• May utilize the Workwise ERP system, AutoCAD, Adobe, and various other software packages.
• Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with generation of Weekly Management Report.
• Gathers information from those within the company to create documentation of various types.
• Collaborates with Sales and Program Managers to provide engineering schedule forecasts for customer quotations.
• Maintains, facilitates, and investigates projects in the Project Management System to ensure up to date information.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
• Assist with creation of Departmental and Project SOP's.
• Works with various software packages (MS office, ERP, Power BI) to create, store, manage, verify, convert, maintain, restore and/or edit engineering department and company items.
• Works with various tools to store, create, edit and/or restore Engineering and company items.
