General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. Groton D379 Project Engineering Team seeks a Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Module Leads and foreman support engineers supporting SSBN 826 construction.

This role serves as the primary technical link between Engineering and Operations to keep modules progressing through assembly and delivery. You will drive timely engineering support, manage issue closures, and maintain clear communication across trades and disciplines, ensuring first‑of‑class

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Minimum 4 years of post graduate engineering experience.
• Experience with shipyard processes and structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Module Leads and General Foreman Support.
• Ensure strong technical performance and alignment with shipyard priorities.
• Oversee engineering responses to emergent shipyard issues.
• Coordinate with trades and engineering leadership to integrate risks.
• Guide coordination of multidisciplinary evaluations for manufacturing, construction, testing.
