Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of post-graduate electrical engineering experience.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and rewarding team environment.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers, emphasizing growth in technical capability and engineering judgment.
• Lead development of propulsion plant arrangements and electrical plant architecture.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and intermediate milestones using sound project management fundamentals.
• Ensure technical accuracy, first-time quality, and alignment with cost and schedule objectives across all products.
• Oversee development of key analysis products, including load, fault, protection/coordination, and stability analyses.
• Integrate work across engineering and design disciplines to ensure cohesive system development.
• Prepare and present technical content at periodic program and design reviews.
• Support engineering key events, certification activities, and program deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design yard organizations, program offices, government customers, and vendors.
• Supervise a team of 8-13 engineers and partner closely with electrical systems and cableways design teams
