You will lead a multidisciplinary team through concept, prototyping, validation and production release while staying hands-on with design activities. The role combines leadership with technical execution, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a track record in CAD/PDM (Creo/Windchill).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands-on prototyping skills.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
