Job summary

Your Talent Team in the Binghamton, NY area seeks an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development. This hands‑on leadership role guides a multidisciplinary Design/Development/Test team through concept, prototyping, validation, and production release.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years in product development with hands‑on prototyping, and leadership or mentoring experience. Creo and Windchill CAD/PDM experience is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
