Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area.

This hands-on leadership role combines design, prototyping, testing, and launching new products while overseeing a team of design, development, and test engineers. You will guide projects from concept through validation to production release, with a focus on strong communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to drive manufacturing transitions and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in product development with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
