Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership to guide prototyping, testing, and product launch across multiple programs.

You will lead a team of design, development, and test engineers, driving NPD from concept to production release while collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to ensure smooth manufacturing transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands‑on prototyping skills.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities
