Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands‑on prototyping skills.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
