CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a seasoned Engineering Supervisor for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. Lead maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, drive preventive programs, and manage outside contracts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will guide a team, enforce safety standards, and coordinate capital projects while maintaining high service levels in a luxury resort setting.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, fire codes, and related technical trades.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Assist Chief Engineer in supervising and coordinating Engineering dept activities and ensure proper operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety for staff, guests and residents.
• Oversee guest rooms/public areas maintenance and energy conservation via utility programs.
• Respond to guest and resident needs and maintain positive relations while resolving issues.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment for Engineering.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff development.
